Denver Tip Steak
Similar to the spider steak, there are just two tender and well-marbled cuts on an entire beef. Although comparable in size to spider steaks, this particular cut is sourced from the end of the Denver slab and the beginning of the ribs. What sets it apart is besides distinctive rarity, is it’s robust beefy flavor.
