Similar to organ meats, Beef Oxtail is one of the most nutrient-dense items in the world. It's rich in protein, electrolytes, essential minerals, gelatin, and collagen. Beef oxtail is a healthy powerhouse cut of beef that's full of flavor — wonderful in a Jamaican oxtail recipe as well as beef oxtail soup.

All of our beef is unaged, domestically raised by local American farmers, and Angus bred. Our beef farmers pasture raise their beef and grain finish from harvest grown on their farm. Unlike internationally imported beef, typically from New Zealand and Australia, ours is locally sourced and never aged. All of our beef is USDA Inspected and Halal Meat
