Return Policy

Effective as of July 1, 2019

  1. DELIVERY QUALIFICATION. BillyDoe Meats reserves the right to cancel any order which cannot be reasonably shipped or delivered in a manner that ensures product-quality control. WARNING: Products sold on this site are perishable and should be stored and cooked per labeled instructions on product packaging. Products sold on this site may contain allergens; product labels should be consulted by customer to determine if an allergen is present that may impact customer’s health.
  2. REFUND POLICY. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@billydoemeats.com. Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, no changes or refunds can be made 
  4. SHIPPING. BillyDoe Meats will make the best effort to ship items in a timely manner, and reserves the right to choose a carrier that is suitable for ensuring product-quality control. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. shall be shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of when orders are processed, subject to product availability. BillyDoe Meats, however, cannot guarantee any shipping timeframes, and external forces can cause delays in shipping. Processing time for orders may take up to 72 hours (3 Business Day). Once a package has shipped, BillyDoe Meats will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping timeframe. BillyDoe Meats will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by customer’s country or any involved third parties.
  5. INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS. Incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be claimed within 3 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. If the product is incorrect or damaged, please send a photo of the product to info@billydoemeats.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the problem in the body of the email. Items damaged or spoiled by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is damaged and Billydoe Meats is at fault for such damage, BillyDoe Meats will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. All resolutions of defective or damaged product are subject to case by case review. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from BillyDoe Meats and we will do our best to assist you.
  6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BILLYDOE MEATS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL TYPES OF WARRANTIES, NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE, OUR SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM US ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS OR ANY FORM OF MALICIOUS CODE, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT, OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORDS. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Return Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the services following the posting of any changes to this Return Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes. You hereby agree to be bound by this Return Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of BillyDoe Meats, with the conditions of the Terms of Use controlling should competing or contradicting terms arise, directly or indirectly, in whatever circumstance, between the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Return Policy.
