Beef Suet

Beef suet is the raw, hard fat found around the loins and kidneys. Beef suet vs tallow contains a higher level of triglyceride. The result is that suet has a higher melting point and solidifying point than tallow.  Suet is used in many recipes, such as puddings, pastry, and sweet mincemeat.

All of our USDA inspected Beef Liver comes from Cows or Veal that are domestically raised by small local farmers.
