Cut from the thigh, the goat leg can be cooked bone-in or de-boned and stuffed; there are multiple ways to create a culinary masterpiece with this juicy cut of meat. Goat meat doesn’t need intense spices to taste incredible, a little dry rub and olive oil goes a long way.
