Our Lamb Loin Strips are made from one of the most premium and limited cuts on the lamb. The loin is prized for its tenderness, rich flavor, and smaller yield, making it a special cut that is only available in limited quantities from each lamb.
We slice the loin into thin, bacon-style strips that cook quickly while still giving you the tenderness and flavor you expect from a premium lamb cut. They are perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, alongside eggs, or simply pan fried and enjoyed on their own.

All of our lamb is unaged and domestically raised by American farmers. We provide you with the freshest and highest quality lamb. As opposed to internationally imported lamb, typically from New Zealand and Australia, our domestic lamb have a milder and less gamey taste. All of our Lamb is USDA Inspected and Halal Meat.
