Lamb Bones are full of collagen and marrow, which contain vitamins A and K2, zinc and iron just to name a few. They are also full of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Bones are best as base for stock. As it boils, the nutrients in the bones seep into the broth creating a nutritious stock to use for an array of recipes. Bones are sourced from lamb shoulders, legs and ribs.
All of our lamb is domestically raised in the USA by local farmers.
