Half Lamb will yield approximately 17 lb premium cuts or bone-in cubed meat. Purchasing a half lamb is a great way to purchase a large quantity of lamb all the while saving on the premium cuts!

- Cubed Neck
- Shoulders: 1 Shoulder Steaks | Cubed Bone-In | Ground
- Rack: Approx. 8 Lamb Chops
- Ribs: 1 Rib Racks
- Loin: 4-5 Lamb Loin Chops (Mini T-Bones) | 1 lb Lamb Bacon
- Sirloin Area: Approx 1 lb of Boneless Sirloin
- Legs: 1 Leg Steaks | 1 lb of Boneless Kabobs | 2 Shanks
Cubed Half Lamb:
- Approx 17 lb Worth of Cubed Bone-In Lamb
