Ground beef is a staple ingredient in kitchens everywhere, and ours is built for flavor. Fat is what carries richness, juiciness, and succulence in meat, so we don't trim it down to lean and stringy. Our ratio isn't measured to the decimal, but it runs approximately 65/35, sometimes a little fattier — which means your burgers stay juicy, your meatloaf stays moist, and your tacos and bolognese taste the way they're supposed to.

All of our beef is unaged and domestically raised by local American farmers and Angus-bred. Our beef farmers pasture raise their beef and grain finish from harvest grown on their farm.
