• Rack:  Approx. 8 Lamb Chops
• Ribs: 1 Rib Racks
• Loin: 4-5 Lamb Loin Chops (Mini T-Bones) | 1 lb Lamb Bacon 
• Sirloin Area:  Approx 1 lb of Boneless Sirloin
• Legs:  1 Leg Steaks | 1 lb of Boneless Kabobs | 2 Shanks 

Cubed Lamb Bundle :

• Approx 17 lb Worth of Cubed Bone-In Lamb
