Our USDA black angus new york strip steak is marked by the rich marbling that run through each steak. The marbling slowly melts and bastes the meat as you cook it to provide a delicious flavor. The T bone steak also known as the porterhouse , consists of one side filet mignon and one side New York strip. The NY strip is a leaner cut compared to the ribeye but still a top contender for the best steak from a beef.

All of our beef is unaged and domestically raised by local American farmers and Angus-bred. Our beef farmer pasture raises their beef and grain finished from harvest grown on their farm. Unlike internationally imported beef, typically from New Zealand and Australia, our beef is locally sourced and never aged. All of our beef is USDA Inspected and Halal Meat
