Black Angus Ranch Steak
Taken from the shoulder muscle of the cow, these steaks are formally known as "boneless chuck shoulder center cut steak," more commonly called "Ranch Steak." Characterized by their lean profile, they've been meticulously trimmed of nearly all fat, typically no thicker than an inch and weighing less than 16 ounces.
This inexpensive cut is the perfect alternative to other lean steaks, known for a robust and beefy flavor. The connective tissue of this working shoulder muscle can make it less tender, but similar to a flat iron steak, it's delicious as long as it's cooked properly.
All of our beef is domestically raised by local American farmers and Angus-bred. Our beef farmers pasture raise their beef and grain finish from harvest grown on their farm. Unlike internationally imported beef, typically from New Zealand and Australia, our beef is locally sourced and never aged. All of our beef is USDA Inspected and Halal Meat
