Goat Suet
Just like beef suet, Goat suet is the raw, hard, fat found around the loins and kidneys. Suet, as opposed to fat, contains a higher level of a triglyceride. The result is that suet has a higher melting point and solidifying point compared to regular fat. Goat Suet can be used in many ways. It can be made into Goat tallow, put into puddings, pastries, and much more. Just like beef suet, Goat suet adds a rich flavoring to almost any dish.
