Where do you deliver?+
We ship nationwide to the continental United States. We also offer free local delivery within 35 miles of Hoffman Estates, IL (60169), with same-day delivery available within 15 miles for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
How does shipping work outside Chicagoland?+
Orders are packed with dry ice and/or gel packs in Green Cell Thermo-Chilled Insulated Boxes and shipped via UPS. Orders placed by Tuesday of each week (if in stock) ship that same week, and typically arrive within 1-3 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. What if a cut I picked is unavailable?+
If anything in your box is unavailable, our team will reach out to you directly to arrange a replacement.
How is the meat packed?+
Every cut is USDA inspected, individually vacuum-sealed, and labeled. Orders are packed with dry ice or gel packs to stay frozen, partially frozen, or cool to the touch on arrival. Partially thawed products can be safely re-frozen per USDA guidelines.
